I’ve been a personal trainer since 2014, completing my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2016. Since then I have received a plethora of training certifications and am currently completing my Holistic Nutrition certification. I participate in annual continued education as it helps me expand my knowledge and provide the best care for my clients! I often challenge myself in my own fitness journey by competing in bodybuilding, ocr, and powerlifting.
I love to work with any and all types of people! I’ve worked with young athletes all the way up to the golden years. I accept all experience levels and most handicaps!
I've been working with Victoria for 9 years and she has changed my life for the better. She has helped rehab me thru major shoulder surgery and bilateral knee replacement surgery. Our son had attended camp when he was 4 yrs old where Victoria was a counselor for the organization. He absolutely loved her and we always thought about sending him to her later on once he started playing football and baseball at a higher level. We finally had an opportunity to start this past winter sending him to her for some speed training. He was getting so much from the workouts that the coaches on his sports teams were noticing a difference. She also had no issue with getting on tail when he didn’t wanna work as hard which we loved! If you have a child that needs to improve running skills or core training…send them to Victoria!
Victoria is awesome!! She is very knowledgeable about all things that go with a great workout. She also is very good regarding stretching, nutrition and keeping your total body in balance to make sure you are completely fit.

Victoria has been my coach for almost five years now. I had just had a baby and felt terrible about myself. I told her about my goals and she was super supportive but realistic about it. She's helped me find myself again and is one of the main reasons I'm so in love with working out now. I literally feel lost without the gym. Not only that she's just all around a great person. Victoria is a very knowledgeable and competent health and fitness coach. I have Parkinson’s and Victoria works with me to alleviate the chronic stiffness and rigidity caused by Parkinson’s. The treatment is a routine of exercises combined with targeted massage and stretching. My mobility and balance has improved since working with Victoria.
I started working with Tori in 2020. At the time I was pretty skinny looking and not very muscular. My goal was to build muscle and within a few months she had me looking much more curvy!
